The Kavalier Varsity Baseball team defeated Blessed Sacrament Huguenot 3-2 on Thursday, in extra innings, to advance to the Saturday, May 14th Conference Championship, where they will face Southampton Academy. Ninth grader Owen Marshall pitched four innings and left the game with the score tied. 12th grader Joseph Henry McCarthy came on in relief and earned the win. The Kavs finished the regular season 8-11 overall, and 6-5 in the VCC Conference. They are ranked 8th in the state.
