Six-Peat a Reality

The Kenston Forest Golf Team won the VCC for an impressive sixth straight time on the Cardinal Golf Course at Ft. Lee. Kenston shot 369 and bested Banner Christian by 12 strokes. Tyler Borum shot an 86 to lead Kenston. Colton Carter carded an excellent 88. Both Carter and Borum were named to the VCC All-Conference Golf Team while Sam Hodges was named to the All-Academic Team. Kenston Golf coaches Keith Green and Dr. John Allen were named the coaches of the year for the VCC. Kenston’s record now stands at 22-4 overall for the season and the Kavs remained a perfect 20-0 in the VCC. Kenston now waits for the announcement of the eight teams qualifying for the state tournament. In the latest poll, Kenston ranked #6.
