PAYMENT OPTIONS/TERMS
• TUITION paid in one advance payment payable in full by June 28, 2024. Tuition received after June 28th will incur a late fee of $750.
• TUITION paid in ten equal monthly installments. These installments are each one-tenth (1/10) of the annual tuition, and do not change based on instructional/care days vs. holidays during a given month. The first installment is due at the time of submitting the contract and is a non-refundable deposit to reserve the child’s space in the class. After the first installment, each of the remaining installments are due the first contracted program day of the month, beginning September 1, 2024 and ending May 1, 2025. By electing to pay in ten (10) equal monthly installments, the signors hereby agree to pay a $25 monthly service fee in addition to the regular tuition amount.
Late installments incur a $25 late fee. If the installment is not paid by the 3rd contracted day of the month, service will be suspended until payment is made.
Kindergarten – Grade 12 Tuition and Fees

TUITION DISCOUNTS
MULTIPLE CHILD DISCOUNTS (children attending KFS simultaneously)
2nd Child: 10% reduction from standard
3rd Child: 10% reduction from standard
4th Child: TUITION IS FREE*
*Families with 4 or more children continue to receive tuition discounts for the 2nd and 3rd child.
HOST FAMILY DISCOUNT
If selected to host an international exchange student attending Kenston Forest School, the host family is entitled to receive up to $5,000 reduction in one of their own children’s tuition. Please contact the Director of Enrollment and Financial Aid for details.
PAYMENT DETAILS
Continued enrollment at Kenston Forest School requires a $750 non-refundable enrollment deposit (per family) to be received on or before March 1, 2024, or within 5 days of acceptance for families new to Kenston Forest School.
All tuition and fees are due on or before June 28, 2024. See payment plan options below.
The balance of tuition will be reduced by the enrollment deposit of $750 when the enrollment deposit is received on or before March 1, 2024, AND the balance of tuition is paid in full on or before June 28, 2024. A $750 late fee will be assessed if payments are not made by the stated deadlines. Dual Enrollment college courses through Southside Virginia Community College incur additional fees.
PAYMENT PLAN OPTIONS Payment options are available. These include payment by credit card and bank installment plans. Please contact the Director of Enrollment and Financial Aid for details.
FINANCIAL AID Need-based financial aid is available on a limited basis. Applications for financial aid must be submitted by March 1 annually. Please contact the Director of Enrollment and Financial Aid for details.
ADDITIONAL PROGRAMS
