Biology students are introduced to core scientific principles, theories, and processes governing living organisms, biological systems, and other natural phenomena. The course is designed to assist students in understanding key natural science practices and the living world around them. These phenomena are tested through laboratory investigations to reinforce the understanding of biological principles. We also strive to develop advanced reasoning and inquiry skills through data analysis and other mathematical methodologies.
